The LockOut Device ™ was designed to help you keep your handholes and fiber boxes secure. The LockOut device fits existing lids with very little modification required and can be installed in about ten minutes. New boxes can be ordered with LockOut-ready lids. Most handholes and fiber boxes are secured with a standard bolt making access very easy. With the LockOut device, access requires a unique key.
