The level swivels independently from the clamping section axially to allow the level to be fine tuned. Simply clamp the level anywhere on the circumference of the conduit to be bent, loosen the swivel locking thumb screw, zero the level, lock the swivel, then bend! This product is very useful for bending large electrical conduit.
