American Fastener Technologies Corporation was founded in 1983 by Jeff Dutkovic, and served many of the industries common to the Tri-State Area from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Once the "Steel Capital of the World", Pittsburgh saw many changes to its industrial landscape during the 1980’s, and the steel mills decline brought new challenges in the industrial market.
