Four drum rope pulling machines provide an efficient means for pulling 3 conductor phases and the neutral on distribution power line construction. All four pulling ropes are placed in the travelers at the same time eliminating multiple trips down a right of way. Each conductor phase and the neutral is then pulled in individually in the sequence selected.
