Current transformers are devices used to scale large primary currents to smaller, easy to measure, secondary currents. Current transformers (or CTs) are designed to be used with both Global Power Products meters and conventional transformer-rated meters. The CT leads can be spliced for remote meter mounting and are easy to handle and install.
