EZ Meter doesn't make their own counter display and chose the industry standard Kubler model about 15 years ago. This comes in two different resolutions, full Kwh and tenth Kwh. If it is all white wheels it is a full Kwh. If it has a red wheel it is tenth of Kwh. The industry used to prefer tenths, but has switched to a 1:1 ratio with utility companies and typically uses full Kwh these days.
